Haute Event: 12th Annual “Girls Today Women Tomorrow” Fashion Show
On Friday March 16th the 12th Annual “Girls Today Women Tomorrow” Fashion Show was held at The Los Angeles River Center & Gardens.
The event , hosted by Raquel Castaneda, star of The Real L Word Los Angeles was a fabulous evening of fashion, cocktails, hors d’ourves and live music that celebrated GTWT girls, community supporters and sponsors. More than 40 GTWT participants walked in a runway show featuring the designs of Eileen Fisher and BYER BCX with hair and makeup sponsored by Argyle Salon and Spa.
Notables in attendence incldued ainger Aubrey O’Day, Dancing With The Stars alum Kyle Massey, Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, Senator Kevin de Leon and City Controller Wendy Greuel.
Girls Today Women Tomorrow is a leadership mentoring program where girls ages 10- 21 are mentored to create their own opportunities toward life success while contributing to their community as young leaders.
