And while the party is happening on the shores of sunny SoFla and quite a stretch from those of the French Riviera, you won’t have a hard time feeling like your on the Côte d’Azur—this brunch serves Bertaud Belieu rosé direct from St. Tropez.
Enjoy brunch from the Shelborne’s signature restaurant, Vesper from 11am-2pm and continue to sip rosé long afterward pool or beachside straight through to 7pm.
