There are New York restaurants that feed you, and then there are New York restaurants that define a moment. Raf’s — the Italian and French-inspired dining room at 290 Elizabeth Street in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood — has quietly become the latter. Since opening in 2023, the restaurant from sisters Jennifer and Nicole Vitagliano and Executive Chef Mary Attea has drawn editors, designers, artists, and the kind of regulars who treat a reservation there less like a booking and more like coming home. This summer, that energy goes global.

Raffles Hotels & Resorts has announced a partnership with Raf’s for three exclusive limited-time dining residencies across Paris, Boston, and London — each timed, not incidentally, to the fashion calendar. The series runs from June through September 2026, with each residency presenting a bespoke menu developed in collaboration with the host hotel’s culinary team, served on custom tableware created with Ginori 1735 alongside a curated selection of exclusive co-branded pieces.

The fit is intuitive. Raffles, founded in Singapore in 1887, has built its legacy on the very things Raf’s does best: a highly personalized experience, an atmosphere that makes guests feel they belong, and a deep respect for the history of a room. Raf’s itself is housed in a former bakery with wood-fired ovens dating to the 1930s — a space that carries its past forward rather than erasing it. Both brands understand that the best hospitality is never about spectacle. It’s about making people feel like they’ve been expected.

The series debuts at Le Bar Long within Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris from June 23 to 25, timed to Paris Men’s Fashion Week 2026. The menu draws from Raf’s signatures — Leeks Vinaigrette, Uovo in Purgatorio Amatriciana, Dry-aged Côte de Boeuf — developed in collaboration with the hotel’s culinary team. There is no better city in which to introduce a New York restaurant rooted in Parisian café culture to an international audience.

From Paris, the residency moves to Raffles Boston from July 15 to 17, where Raf’s will take over the hotel’s Long Bar & Terrace for three evenings of dinner service. Whole Dorade and Iberico Pork Milanese headline the evening menu, while Café Pastel will offer Raf’s beloved pastries and baked goods — including a Candied Orange Marcona Almond Croissant — for a more casual daytime experience. It’s downtown Manhattan, translated for New England’s summer season.

The final residency arrives at Raffles London at The OWO on September 18 and 19, coinciding with London Fashion Week 2026. This installment takes the form of a four-hands collaboration between Chef Mary Attea and Chef Mauro Colagreco of Saison by Mauro Colagreco — two distinct culinary identities brought into conversation for a menu that is, by design, greater than the sum of its parts.

It’s no secret that the most compelling dining experiences of this moment are the ones that travel with intention — concepts with enough character and point of view to hold their own anywhere in the world. Raf’s has that in full. And with Raffles providing the stage across three of the most fashion-forward cities on the calendar, this is one series worth building a travel itinerary around.
