Producer Jon Peters Sells Beverly Hills Site for $12 million

News | October 13, 2009

Jon Peters, the producer responsible for bringing you Superman Returns and Batman Returns, has just sold his residential lot in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for a sum of $12 million.

Originally listed in March for just under $20 million, the lot’s price was significantly lowered before final sale. The lot is 6.5 acres and is the former estate of director King Vidor, and includes house plans by architect Richard Landry, an underground garage large enough to house 14 cars, an office, city and ocean views, and a protective gate.

Mr. Peters will be moving to his ranch just outside of Santa Barbara now that the Beverly Hills sale is wrapped up.
