Haute Living and DaGrosa Capital Celebrate the Kempinski Residences Miami Design District Sales Gallery

News | July 17, 2026

DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, in partnership with Haute Living, celebrated the unveiling of the Kempinski Residences Miami Design District Sales Gallery with an exclusive evening that brought together some of the most prominent names in luxury real estate, business, and culture. Prominent executives, investors, tastemakers, and members of the media gathered to witness a milestone arrival: the introduction of Kempinski, the legendary European hospitality brand, to one of Miami’s most culturally influential neighborhoods.

From the moment guests arrived, the evening made its intentions clear. Telmont Champagne flowed throughout the night alongside signature cocktails and a curated Clase Azul tequila tasting that reflected the sophistication of the brand being celebrated. A caviar experience and an elevated culinary menu anchored the food program, while a custom Rolls-Royce VIP lounge gave the evening its most cinematic backdrop. For a select group of VIP guests, a private Louis XIII toast led by Vania Toledo Munoz marked one of the night’s most memorable moments.

A captivating performance by the Florida Grand Opera added a dramatic and artistic dimension that felt entirely in keeping with the Kempinski brand’s European heritage. Curated musical programming throughout the evening balanced that sophistication with the energy of contemporary Miami luxury, producing a room that felt, by the end of the night, exactly like what it was intended to be: the most fitting possible introduction to a landmark development.

A defining moment of the evening arrived when Miami-Dade County Commissioner Vicki Lopez took the floor to present official proclamations and commendations on behalf of Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, Chairman Anthony Rodriguez, and the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners.

Joseph DaGrosa Jr., whose entrepreneurial vision and global investment leadership across real estate, hospitality, finance, healthcare, aviation, retail, and sports have shaped South Florida’s business landscape for years, received an official proclamation declaring July 16, 2026, as “Joseph DaGrosa, Jr. Day” in Miami-Dade County. Antonio Primo, recognized for his executive leadership, private equity achievements, healthcare innovation, cross-border investments, and philanthropic contributions, received an official proclamation declaring July 16, 2026, as “Antonio Primo Day” in Miami-Dade County.

Commissioner Lopez also presented an official Miami-Dade County Commendation to Kempinski Residences Miami Design District itself, commemorating the unveiling of the Sales Gallery and recognizing the development as a significant addition to both the Design District and Miami-Dade County’s luxury real estate landscape. It was the kind of recognition that only Miami gives, and only to those who have genuinely earned it.

The Kempinski Residences Miami Design District represents a landmark moment for branded luxury residential living in South Florida. Developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, the project brings Kempinski’s centuries-long legacy of refined European service, timeless elegance, and deeply personalized living to one of Miami’s most culturally ambitious addresses.

Guests spent the closing portion of the evening exploring the Sales Gallery, learning about the residences and world-class amenities that define the development’s vision. The experience was designed not merely to present a product but to introduce a way of living, one built around the conviction that home, at its best, should feel as considered and as personal as the finest hotel in the world.

The launch marks a significant milestone for both DaGrosa Capital Development Partners and Kempinski, and a new benchmark for what branded luxury living can look like in Miami. In a city that has spent the last decade establishing itself as one of the world’s premier destinations for luxury real estate and international investment, Thursday night confirmed that the most exciting chapters are still being written.

July 16th now belongs to Joseph DaGrosa, Jr. and Antonio Primo. And Kempinski has officially arrived.
