This Sunday, Sept. 13th, New York City’s s premier sports venue Slate, will be hosting “Undefeated Sundays,” which features live music from some of NYC’s top DJ’s and a new gourmet menu curated and executed by celebrity chef Darryl Harmon.
The Undefeated Sunday series will start with its Tailgate Brunch from 12pm – 2pm, with specials and music all day long. Native football teams, the New York Giants (vs The Cowboys) and the New York Jets (vs The Browns) will kick off the Undefeated Sundays football experience. Throughout the duration of football season, Undefeated Sundays at Slate will be the premiere venue with invited celebrity guests, chefs, taste-makers, athletes and more in attendance.
Chef Darryl Harmon holds many accolades including being named “Chef of the Year,” by the American Culinary Federation and most recently served as the NFL New York Giants game day celebrity chef in the Toyota Coaches Club at the Met-life Stadium where he prepared food for VIP NY Giants fans and Steve Tisch, Chairman and Executive Vice President of the New York Giants. Now chef Harmon has curated a special Sunday menu for Slate and will be bringing in other celebrity chefs to add additional menu items.
Celebrity invites Include Mac Wilds, Angela Simmons, Fabolous, John David Washington, Terrence J, Teyana Taylor, Nick Jonas, Christopher Lloyd, John Ortiz, Joey King, Keke Palmer, Carmelo Anthony, Lala Anthony, Kevin Durant, JR Smith, Kyrie Irving and more.
The event kickoffs at 12 pm. General admission to Undefeated Sundays is free.
