Need a Room For Art Basel? Hotel Victor is Back and Hotter Than Ever

Kens1stI remember Hotel Victor from the glory days of Michael Capponi and Ariel Stein. In the 1990’s, it was “the” Ocean Drive hot spot, where Miami’s elite went to party and dine. Then it fell off the radar. That is until now. The Hotel Victor was most recently purchased by the Nakash family aka the “Jordache Family,” whom have just made local headlines for their acquisition of the Versace Mansion on the same block.

Well, guess what: Hotel Victor is back and hotter than ever…. And FYI, here is a Haute Secret: There are still just a few rooms available for Art Basel, so incase you are in need, I just made your day and Haute Living readers get ten percent off by mentioning this post!

So here are the facts: there was just $8 million dollars invested into the refurbishment of this ocean front property that resembles a beach house. The incredible Yabu Pushelberg decked out each of the 91 guest rooms and while maintaining the integrity of the lobby, completely modernized it. The lobby is full of MAC computers for the use of guests and incredible Lorenzo Martone-esque bicycles to jet around Ocean Drive in style. Hotel Victor will also be welcoming new tenant Sushi Couture by Mikasa in January 2014…. And guess who owns it? Haute Living lover Jonathan Cheban.

Hotel Victor is located at 1144 Ocean Drive, and for your Haute price on a hotel room for Art Basel, please contact:
