Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte was spotted at Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace on Tuesday night. Lochte partied the night away at a VIP booth located on the main stage. The athlete was spotted admiring all of the inventive Halloween costumes as he sipped cocktails and mingled with friends before making his way out of the nightclub around 2 a.m.
