Rolls Royce Wraith Unveiled at the Concours D’Elegance

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars unveiled the highly anticipated Wraith to guests at an exclusive invite-only cocktail and dinner event at the Concours D’Elegance, presented by Leisure Society and Crewe Capital.

Leisure Society, along with Crewe Capital co-sponsored the 2013 Crewe Cup Golf Tournament and participated with guests in variety of posh experiences. The gorgeous Rolls Royce dinner was held at Villa Rolls-Royce Motor Cars on location of Carmel’s stunning coastline of the 17-Mile Drive.  Apart from golf, guests had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the Wraith, the newest from Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, along with other models including the Phantom and Ghost.

Some impressive details about the Wraith: the V12 engine, 624 horse power car will travel from 0-60mph in 4.4 seconds and cost more than $300,000 when it goes on sale later this year.

The car features coach doors, a leather interior and features the Starlight Headliner – a roof lining featuring 1,340 fibre optic lamps are hand-woven, giving the impression of a glittering, starry night sky.

The company hopes the new car will help the brand move away from the stately, less agile reputation it has picked up with the powerful, but less sleek Phantom and Ghost models.
