Eli Broad has made a truly generous gift to theLA Opera.
The renowned philanthropist has donated $7 million in the form of a leadership gift from his Broad Foundation.
With this new donation, the 80-year-old has doubled his previous support of the Los Angeles Opera, making he and his wife Edythe two of the largest donors in the history of the opera.
