Wine Spectator’s Best Of The Best At South Beach Wine & Food Festival

The Fontainebleau will once again play host for Wine Spectator’s Best of the Best wine dinner on February 22nd. It is one of the South Beach Food & Wine Festival’s crown events, with a dizzying array of tasting stations prepared by top rated chefs from all over the world. Diners can expect to find established celebrity chefs as well as outstanding new chefs offering up their finest bites, which will be paired with 100 top-rated wines that have been rated 90 points or higher by Wine Spectator.

Celebrity chefs attending this year’s event include Nobu Matsushisa, Michael Mina, E. Michael Reidt, Hedy Goldsmith and Romain Bester. The menu will feature dishes such as Five Spice Pork Belly Gyoza filled with chestnut-miso butter, crispy hears, and pomegranate, Casa D’Angelo’s Black Truffle Cheese Crostini topped with braised osso bucco and micro mint lavender by Chef Angelo Elia, and Octopus Ceviche with Togarashi popcorn from Chef Cormac Mahoney of the Madison Park Conservatory. Individual tickets are priced at $350.
