New chef Stephen Kalt, who is celebrated for his work throughout Las Vegas and New York City, unveiled a breakfast menu that features such culinary delights as American Wagyu beef hash with grilled chicory, Croque Madame and Chilaquiles Cazuela, to complement the restaurant’s newly updated Art Deco-meets-industrial design.

Who says you can’t have spaghetti for breakfast? When you visit Scott Conant’s Scarpetta inside the Montage Beverly Hills, it would be impossible not to have his signature tomato and basil creation. Toasted polenta waffles and citrus cured salmon are also among the restaurant’s brunch buffet choices.

This newly renovated poolside gem on the fourth floor of the ritzy Four Seasons in Beverly Hills lets you have your cake and eat it too with healthy breakfast favorites, such as the sinless benedict with seared beefsteak and whole wheat almond pancakes with pomegranate maple syrup.

Angelenos know this modern chophouse for chef Suzanne Tracht’s retro dishes from the American culinary repertoire, but many also know it for its out-of-the-box brunch creations. Think oven baked eggs with cream and Caciotta truffle cheese, and burrata sandwiches.
