Father-to-be and multi-platinum selling recording artist Wiz Khalifa, performed for thousands at Ditch Fridays pool party at the Palms. Wiz arrived to the pool shirtless showing off his tattoos and sporting a black fedora, jeans and combat boots yelling to the crowd, “Sorry I’m not in swimming attire, I just left the poker tables!”

Coming off the recent announcement of his fiancé Amber Rose’s pregnancy, Wiz was partying with 20 close friends and acting as if it was a last hoorah before he gets married. The group started drinking as soon as they arrived and went through a number of bottles of Bombay Sapphire, Hennessy, Cîroc, Red Stripe and Peroni. Right before the performance, Wiz’s mother, Katie “Peachie” Wimbush, arrived to join the party and drink champagne.

Thousands of guests rushed the stage once Wiz started performing, opening with single “Taylor Gang. After the song he took a big swig of his Bombay Sapphire and orange juice drink and said into his decorated and colorful microphone, “You all are beautiful so this one is for you,” and “Young, Wild & Free” started playing. The entire crowd sang along with Wiz as he shook their hands and high-fived them. Keeping the excitement going, Wiz then performed ‘Black and Yellow’ and ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’ as fog machines went off and his friends danced behind him, including his mom who also sang along to every word.

After the performance, the group continued the party in the VIP area behind the DJ booth where they invited female fans to drink champagne and take shots.
