Up for a decadent meal and crispy bubbly to match? On April 22nd, Scarpetta at Fontainebleau Miami Beach is the place to be.
Starting at 7:30 p.m., the Italian restaurant will be hosting a special night alongside Perrier Jouët’s Chef de Cave, Herve Deschamp, who will be on hand introducing some of the world’s best vintage champagnes.
Guests will not only receive a bottle of Perrier Jouët Grand Brut signed by Herve Deschamps, but will also enjoy a special four-course dinner paired with a different champagne for each course.
Some of the savory dishes on the menu, prepared by Chef de Cuisine Nina Compton, will include Swordfish Bresaola with Blood Orange and Black Garlic; Polenta with Truffled Mushroom Friscasse; Spaghetti with Tomato and Basil; Tagiolini with Sturgeon Caviar; Diver Scallops with Sunchokes, Radishes and Asparagus; and Amedei Chocolate Cake for dessert.
