The St. Regis Atlanta Celebrates Valentine’s Day with Elegance and an Appetite

“With truffles, you will find Champagne. With poached lobster, you will find Burgundy. With stuffed quail, you will find Montepulciano. With chocolate, you will find Port”. The St. Regis Hotel in Buckhead, Atlanta, promises their guests all of these extraordinary treats on Feb. 13 and the 14 their exclusive Valentine’s Day dinner at Pace 88. Being one of the St. Regis’ many idealistic dining spots, it is of no surprise that Pace 88 will be the supreme location of elegance and romance to ring in the loving couples of Atlanta, especially when it comes to the elite menu of lavish wines and decadent entrees that the hotel has prepared just for this event.

Inspired by “perfect pairs”, the Valentine’s Day menu is a five-course luxury including delicious meals accompanied by superlative wines, placed to enhance the flavor profile of each dish. With premiere courses such as the wild mushroom flan, and the butter pouched lobster, the chefs at Pace 88 prepare you for an appetizing selection of three main courses, from Kobe short ribs to the grilled butter fish. After that you may treat yourself to two of their desserts; the chocolate ravioli and the frozen grand Marnier soufflé.

This limited dinner is for two nights only, $96 per person, and $125 per person if you choose to enjoy the meal with wine pairings.
