Escape toward Tucson with your sweetie for Valentine’s Day weekend in order to take advantage of some very romantic indulgences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, including a tantalizing dinner for two, lavish accommodations and other treats.

For couples seeking something just as decadent but a little less formal, CORE will also be offering a chocolate lover’s paradise in the form of the Chocolate Buffet and Valentine’s Champagne bar, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Ignite Lobby Lounge. Try chocolate-dipped strawberries, chocolate pot de creme, assorted chocolate truffles, chocolate fondue, coconut chocolate ganache cake, chocolate madeline and Mexican hot chocolate. ($12 per person.)
After dinner, retire to your luxe accommodations at the resort. The property has something to suit everyone’s tastes, outfitted with 209 Deluxe guest rooms (450-600 sq. ft.), 44 individual and casita suites (900-1,300 sq. ft.), The Ritz-Carlton Suite (2,100 sq. ft.), and multiple-bedroom casitas (1,700-2,600 sq. ft.) that take on the appearance of a village within the resort, tucked away in the Wild Burro Canyon.
