George Miliotes, Seasons 52’s master sommelier, recommends the Selbach-Oster Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Auslese 2006 to accompany the lite bite, and if you’re feeling for something more bubbly, try the Chartogne-Taillet Cuvée Sainte Anne Champagne.
