Downtown Miami’s Newest Haute Boutique: Sauvage

by Eric Christian

Over the past couple of years, the fashion and design industry in Miami has increased tremendously! The ability to find exclusive and exquisite luxury fashion was once dominated by boutiques such as Oxgene Bal Harbour, Alchemist, Tomas Maier, and En Avance to name a few. But just recently, a new haute, edgy boutique of 1,650 square feet has joined the roster of luxury, multi-brand boutiques–“Sauvage.”

Sauvage boutique was founded in 1997 with a single boutique of about 1,700 square feet.  The boutique was and still today the leading boutique in Kazakhstan and Russia but has now expanded to the design district in downtown Miami. The lucky and privileged clients and shoppers of Sauvage are exposed to some of the world’s most exclusive and sought after designers such as Dior, Roberto Cavalli, Vintage Roberto Cavalli, Alaia, ’Christopher Kane, Irfe,’ Chapurin, Kaufman Franco, and Balmain to name  a few.  Many clients rave about the service and the feeling of “privacy” that they get when they shop there. But I say, there are not too many luxury boutiques in Miami that give you that one-on-one service and feeling of intimacy. Its almost like you’ve just discovered something special that no one else has yet!

Sauvage is located in Miami’s design district at 114 NE 40th. St.  You can also reach Victoria Matveeva, the store director at 305.571.9393.  For advice on where to shop and style ideas contact www.styleconciergemiami.com
