New year, new starts, new resolutions, new economic boosts (let’s hope!), and all things refreshed and starting from a clean slate…but BEFORE we get to those very well-intended January 1 plans, let’s talk about the big night leading up to that painful morning! New Year’s Eve is the biggest party of the year, because it’s the last effort to live out 2010! In New York, they’ll be dropping a ball, but on the West Coast, we do it up a little differently, a little more California.
