For an overall fun, exciting and party-filled experience, Proof of the Pudding is definitely the caterer to go to. They have a way of making an event enjoyable, their approach is loose and fun and their goal is to make sure that you party the night away when they are in charge. They succeed in their quest because having been to a few events that they catered, I can attest that it was a great party with exceptional food, service and fabulous atmosphere. Some of my menu favorites are: roasted pomegranate chicken, festive butternut squash ravioli, goat cheese torte, coconut shrimp martini, crispy chicken lollipops, sizzling shrimp and grits with andouille sausage and white cheddar and the lemon vodka shrimp with penne pasta, grilled shrimp and lemon vodka sauce.
