What Made Him Haute: The Grammy Award-winning artist, whose impressive estate on Star Island is a must-see stop on all of the celebrity-home boat tours that raid the waters of Biscayne Bay, is almost as well known for his business ventures as for his music. The hip-hop impresario’s Bad Boy Entertainment is an umbrella company that operates Bad Boy Records, Sean Jean clothing line, a movie production company, Ciroc vodka and two restaurants. He is currently promoting his sixth album “Last Train to Paris.”

What Makes Him Haute: Go big or go home. That seems to be the philosophy this fashion mogul lives by, so when it comes to giving back it’s no surprise he’s turning heads again. In the past, Sean “Diddy” Combs has supported breast cancer patients by creating a hot pink slip for charity through his clothing line Sean John for Breast Cancer Care. He has also supported the Breast Cancer Research foundation and visited a 17-year-old cancer patient at a charity tennis match. Last week, he was at it again hosting, in a twist to his famous Hampton’s “White Party,” a Long Island “Pink Party.” A portion of the benefits will go to The Long Island Breast Cancer Coalition and the LIPSG Foundation. Patrons were required to wear a splash of pink to the event, which took place in GLO Nightclub in Westbury.
