On Monday night the Bvlgari boutique inside Northpark Mall celebrated the new store and the upcoming Cattle Baron’s Ball by throwing an evening soiree, a cocktail gathering of current and past CBB Chairs as well as fans of Bvlgari’s luxurious baubles, bags and skin care lines.
DJ Lucy Wrubel provided the music as guests sipped on Veuve, sampled Texas-style hors d’oeuvres and cooed over the jewels that were passed around for a closer look. Trays of large, glittered candy rings almost too gorgeous to taste (almost) were also offered, tucked inside velvet Bvlgari boxes. The jeweler transferred in high-price pieces just for the event, and purusers glanced over the new line of grandes and petites complications creations by Gerald Genta/Daniel Roth, designer watches that merged with Bvlgari earlier this year.
Proceeds from certain items were to go toward the Cattle Baron’s event to be held this November at Southfork Ranch, and any store purchase got your name in a raffle to win the new Leoni handbag, of the FW10 Accessories campaign with actress Julianne Moore. Invitees left with a gift bag of a men’s or women’s frangrance, courtesy of Bvlgari. (Hint: If you haven’t tried the Jasmin Noir scent, you’re truly missing out.)
