Red Modern Furniture is a unique store specializing in limited-production, fine furniture from the turn of the century to present day, with a particular expertise in pieces from the ’50s through the ’70s, and especially those from America, Italy and Denmark. And true to its interests, the company has set up shop in a two-story, concrete, glass and steel building that was built in 1954, making a shopping trip to Red something of a stepping-backwards-through-time experience.
