What better way to celebrate your best friend’s birthday than with a spa day at the Biltmore !?! My girlfriend’s and I spent the day getting pampered at the spa followed by small bites and cocktails read more... poolside. The staff at the spa was amazing and so accommodating. The ambiance was perfect and the setting was EXACTLY what were looking for. Our massages were followed by lunch at Cascade. Thanks to the wonderful staff at the Biltmore, our spa day was one for the books!! I can’t wait to do it again!!

I came into the Biltmore Spa a week ago and received some services, and I want to go into detail on how delightful my experience was—beginning with the front desk staff, who were very attentive read more... polite. They asked if I’d been before, and it was my first time; one of the young ladies quickly walked me back and gave me a Spa tour. She also helped open my locker, provided me with slippers, and asked if I was interested in a beverage. Once I finished my services and enjoyed the excellent amenities offered, I went to the front and asked the young lady who had attended to me earlier for help in retail.
She recommended a few things I was interested in purchasing for my mom and daughter as gifts. Those Pure Fiji products smell fabulous.
I can’t wait to go back to the Biltmore Spa, enjoy another fantastic experience, and bring my daughter along.
