Get To Know Beverly Hills With Dr. Galanis

Dr. Charles Galanis, M.D, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who is double board-certified in surgery by the American Board of Surgery and in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Galanis recognizes that the decision to pursue plastic surgery and the decision on a particular surgeon can be scary and overwhelming undertakings. He considers it a privilege to assist patients in either restoring form or helping them achieve a particular look they desire. His training background in Los Angeles – considered by many to be an epicenter of plastic surgery – has afforded him the skill set to best assist his patients. Dr. Galanis believes in establishing a trusting and honest relationship with his patients before any decisions are made. He strives to fully understand his patient’s goals, design and clearly explain a custom-tailored plan, and ultimately deliver beautiful results. Here, he dishes to Haute Beauty all about the best spots in Beverly Hills.

The hiking accessible in the greater LA area is one of the most underappreciated aspects of life in Los Angeles

Best fine dining restaurant:

SO many to choose from but I love Bestia in DTLA, Madeo in Beverly Hills, and Nobu In Malibu.

Best place for a power business meeting:

My first choice is my office, but you can never go wrong with Soho House either.

Best hotel for out of town guests:

My top choices are: West side/Santa Monica: Shutters or Hotel Casa Del Mar,  Beverly Hills/West Hollywood: Montage, 1 Hotel West Hollywood, Chateau Marmont

 The Broad in DTLA

All-around favorite spot in your market:

Like asking a parent to name their favorite kid

Best aspect of your market:

I’ve had the good fortune to live in a number of places including New York City and Chicago, so I feel that I have some reasonable perspective on this. There is literally something for everyone in LA. Whether you’re into surf culture or business meetings there is a place for you. If you add to it that the weather year-round borders perfection, even with skiing and snowboarding within driving distance, then you can have just about any life you want for yourself.
