According to zillow.com, the decision to make the sale may be in part to his well-known fear of flying. Now on the west coast, Madden doesn’t seem likely to kick that fear enough to be keeping his east coast home.

This year’s elegant charity engagement funded over $700,000 for Breast Cancer advocacy and research at Beth Israel’s Appel-Venet Comprehensive Breast Center and the Comprehensive Breast Center at St. Luke’s and Roosevelt Hospitals.
