At a cool $50 million, the latter manse, (originally listed for $85 million) sat on an over two acre expanse and featured such amenities as a ballroom with seating for more than 200, a Turkish hamam, a 5,000 bottle wine cellar, and a pond, for swans no less. In a nutshell, there was nothing lacking in the house that Hadid built.
