Save the Date: SELF Workout in the Park

On Saturday, May 21,  SELF Magazine will be working out in the largest cities throughout the United States for a great cause and a good time. Alison Sweeney who is the host of “The Biggest Loser” and author of “The Mommy Diet” will give her diet advice and to pep-up the crowd for an amazing workout!

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Grant Park will hold three different areas for guests to sweat it out, the Main Stage, Quiet Zone, and the Reebok Toning Zone. Each class runs 20 mins so that everyone is able to try a wide variety of classes including Sexy Stretch, Top It Off, Ab Attack, Cardio Tai Box, Pilates Mat, Yoga Body Sculpt, Tighten and Tone, LaBlast, Beach Body and many more!

The total ticket sales from the event will be divided and donated to the Susan G. Komen foundation and Cancer & Careers. You can purchase your tickets online on their website, www.selfworkoutinthepark.com.
