The winery is located in the region of Carneros, which straddles the borders of both Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley. Carneros is unique in that it holds a distinct appellation and produces some of the best Pinot Noirs in the country. The Etude Estate was established 25 years ago and is best known for its exquisite light white wines and sexy Pinot Noirs.

Twenty dollars in hand and with twenty minutes on the clock, the chefs will speed shop for ingredients and then be given just a third of an hour to invent and execute a delectable summer mean using only a grill.

According to Perpetuelle, his collection is likely the largest to ever be seized by federal authorities in connection to a crime like this and, on Wednesday, July 13, Rothstein’s 262-piece haul is set to be auctioned off. At the start of the year, Rothstein pled guilty to five federal charges of racketeering, money laundering, and fraud for his immense $1.2 billion scheme and is now a convicted criminal facing 50 years in the slammer.
