Haute Hollywood and Olympic athletes came face to face over the weekend to join forces for Equinox Sports Club’s inaugural “Gold Meets Golden” event. Quentin Tarantino took home the 2013 Golden Globe Award for Best Screenplay Sunday night. The director, who also wrote “Django Unchained”, bested Mark Boal (“Dark Zero Thirty”), Tony Kushner (“Lincoln”, David O. Russell (“Silver Linings Playbook” and Chris Terrio (“Argo”).

W Magazine threw one of the classiest bashes of awards season on Friday when they partnered with Dom Pérignon and André Balazs for a party at his celebrity haunt, Chateau Marmont. The event not only celebrated the Golden Globes, but also the magazine’s recently released Best Performances issue.
