A new restaurant is finally opening its doors in Manhattan Beach tonight, and if its pedigree is any indication, it’s going to be one haute hit. Fraiche and L’Epicerie owner Thierry Perez will open Chez Soi at Metlox Plaza on Manhattan Beach Boulevard alongside business partner Ty Burrell of the hit TV show Modern Family.
