Get ready to kick off a new month with a charitable and giving spirit! This Saturday November 6, Atlanta’s Ronald McDonald House Charities hosts its’ second annual Hearts and Hands Gala presented by The Coca-Cola Company and held at the fabulous Georgia Aquarium. This is the season of giving and the perfect way to help those in need and give back to the city we all love so much. Get dressed up in your best black tie attire and enjoy entertainment, food, games and much more!
The Atlanta Ballet Presents Moulin Rouge
It seems that ballet and ballerinas are the current fixture on the pop culture radar, (See: the just-released Kanye West short film Runway for further proof) and Atlanta has all of the elegance and grace a beautiful ballet provides as the beloved Moulin Rouge comes to Atlanta for a limited run ending on October 31. Presented by the Atlanta Ballet, who always manages to put on beautiful performances, guests should head to the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre and experience greatness up close and personal with a choice front-row seat.

Monumental Ball 2010
This Friday night October 29, beginning at 7 p.m. is the annual Monumental Ball gala that expertly brings together some of Atlanta’s most charitable, fashionable and fun residents for a great cause. Held at Magnolia Hall in Piedmont Park, this event is also hosted by two of Atlanta’s well-known culinary representatives Melissa & Kevin Rathbun. Landing right in the middle of Halloween festivities, guests are encouraged to come dressed in costumes and/or formal black tie attire. A portion of the proceeds go directly to the restoration and repair of the culturally significant and historic Ivey and Crook monuments. Spend your Friday evening dancing, partying, dining and supporting the beauty of some of Atlanta’s most scared treasures.
