Next day, we’d read that in fact no, Adria had changed his mind and wanted to close its doors for a bit, and maybe update the menu, perhaps redo the kitchen

Unfortunately, for all those with a passion for fashion, the celebrations of Fashion Week are nearing their end. IMG Fashion, along with Fern Mallis, and the New York Times, will be hosting a party marking the end of the festivities and fun. Guests will see their favorite fashion designers at various tents and locations. From Ralph Lauren to Isaac Mizrahi, elite designers and designs will be there to partake in the goodbye party.

Anyone who knows fashion knows that certain designers have played their hands in dealing with all types of business ventures, not simply all things textile-related. More specifically, I’m talking about designers and fashion brands partnering up with hotels to basically create their own, fashionably unique hotels.

Beauty met intellect at the Chic Meets Geek party held on February 4, at the always-trendy Automattic Lounge on Pier 38 in San Francisco.
The event featured a silent auction and some of the most prominent names in both the chic and geek worlds. From video game inventors to beauty queens, the event offered an opportunity for both worlds to collide and exchange valuable time and knowledge with one another.

Her label, Milly targets the slightly younger generation, one with an insatiable appetite for lots of fun and of course, luxury. This season, the Milly collection made good use of brilliant colors and textures, a perfect combination for the girl who craves playfulness but also poise and finesse. Julia Stiles, Nicole Hanley, Natalie Press, and many others were all in attendance at Wednesday’s show.
