The 1,940-square-foot skincare destination, designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, brings AI skin analysis, PEMF and red-light therapy, and the EXOSOME Facial to the Florida coast.
Palm Beach has a new address for serious skincare. Dr. Barbara Sturm has opened her new Spa & Boutique at The Royal Poinciana Plaza, a 1,940-square-foot destination that brings her science-backed treatments and longevity-led therapies to the Florida coast. Clients can start with the STURM Skin Analyzer, an AI-powered diagnostic device that delivers in-depth skin analysis and personalized treatment plans, while wellness extras include PEMF mat technology and red-light therapy, alongside the complete Molecular Cosmetics collection.

The space was designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the internationally celebrated interior designer and a longtime friend of the brand, who blended Palm Beach’s iconic architectural history with the clinical aesthetic of the Dr. Sturm universe. “The Palm Beach Spa & Boutique is inspired by the city’s coastal beauty – blush pink sunsets, pistachio greens, and warm whites that evoke Palm Beach’s architectural heritage,” says Bullard. “Metal-sculpted palm trees, arched mirrors, and a palm-shaped crystal chandelier create a striking focal point, while mid-century furnishings and polished surfaces create a backdrop for Dr. Barbara Sturm’s products to shine.”

Across four treatment rooms, the menu spans the Thermal Sculpt Renewal Facial, the Super Anti-Aging Facial and the EXOSOME Facial, an advanced treatment that pairs micro-channeling with the brand’s EXOSO-METIC Collection, which Dr. Sturm says is clinically shown to reverse skin’s biological age by up to 4.5 years in 28 days, based on instrumental tests of elasticity values performed on 32 volunteers. Each treatment is grounded in Dr. Sturm’s anti-inflammatory philosophy and formulated to support skin barrier function, boost hydration and promote long-term skin health, leaving clients with the signature STURM GLOW™.
