Haute Philanthropy: A Night Celebrating Amanda Hearst With Rolls-Royce Palm Beach & MILLY

Haute Living celebrated Amanda Hearst — its 2026 Palm Beach philanthropy cover and co-founder of WELL/BEINGS — at Malka in West Palm Beach on November 4, 2026, alongside Rolls-Royce Palm Beach and MILLY.

Hearst’s cover line, “The Power of Interconnection,” came to life as guests gathered around the Americas’ first public display of the Rolls-Royce Spectre Series II, the MILLY holiday collection, and a night dedicated to style with purpose in a Palm Beach room built for conversation.

Outside, the Spectre Series II sat doors open under Malka’s glow, a quiet flex of electric coachwork that matched the evening’s pitch: luxury with a purpose. Inside, MILLY’s holiday looks and gift bags threaded the tables, with fashion treated as company for the cause.

Arrival set the tone. Guests were greeted with bespoke welcome cocktails framed for the evening — Cosmo’s Sister, a Grey Goose pour with lime, orange, and pomegranate, and a Hibiscus Margarita of Patrón Silver, citrus, and hibiscus — before the room shifted to a seated dinner of Malka signatures.

The table opened bright and generous: golden focaccia, a very Israeli hummus, classic roasted eggplant, and hamachi tartare. A green salad and branzino hraime followed with a roasted potato carpet, the kind of coastal Israeli pacing that makes a long table feel intimate rather than ceremonial.

Mains brought the restaurant’s most famous schnitzel and a classic ribeye with green beans and okra — comfort plated with precision — before desserts closed the loop with cinnamon roll, pistachio cake, profiteroles, frangipane, and prickly pear sorbet.

WELL/BEINGS partners were woven through the night as carefully as the florals. Pioneer Linens anchored a linens vignette tied to the charity’s work, while jewelry house Eleuthera Zo — WELL/BEINGS’ newest partner — set out gold pieces that kept the evening’s interconnection theme tactile rather than abstract.

It was, in the end, a beautiful evening with a purpose — cover, car, collection, and charity held in the same frame, and close enough to Hearst’s own model of giving to feel like more than a toast.
