To help interested buyers realize the potential of the homes, Lumina tapped Jeff Schlarb Design Studio. Schlarb and his team have created three stunningly visual storyboards that highlight three unique floor plans. Green Couch staged and fully furnished one of the penthouses—with pop-up walls and murals by Mexican-American artist, J. Manuel Carmona.

“We’re extremely proud of what we’ve created here at Lumina,” Carl Shannon, the senior managing director at Tishman Speyer, said in a statement. “We see these two penthouses as the crown jewels of this community, and whoever decides to make their home here will not just receive an expansive floor plan with stunning views—they’ll get one of the last opportunities to join this amazing community that has grown so much over the past few years.”

The penthouses have double-height ceilings with 20-foot glass walls that showcase the panoramic views of the city and bay. Homeowners have access to all of Lumina’s amenities including a fitness center, heated lap pool, private dining room with chef’s kitchen, a rooftop terrace, screening room, music practice room, games room, and bi-level lounge. Lumina’s ground floor is Woodlands Market, a full-service grocery store with a delicious assortment of prepared foods.
