House hunting? Allow us to fill you in on some gorgeous new homes that have hit the market. The Harrison, San Francisco’s most stunning highrise, has recently released 17 half-floor and corner penthouses. Dubbed the Signature Collection, the penthouses are located on the uppermost six floors of the 49 floor building. The homes soar 500-feet above the city with stunning views of the Bay Bridge, Twin Peaks, and the SF’s skyline.
The Signature collection includes five three-bedroom plus den half-floor penthouses and 12 two-bedroom plus den corner penthouses. Each one has floor-to-ceiling windows, diagonal-planked Siberian oak floors, Bertazzoni appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerators, polished white slab Carrara marble countertops, Waterworks unlacquered brass fixtures, herringbone tile bathroom floors, Studio Becker Ash Molina cabinetry, custom Mechoshade window treatments, and open-air balconies.
“The Harrison’s Signature Collection ushers in a new era of luxury penthouse living in the heart of San Francisco’s most desirable neighborhood,” Hana Cha, the managing director of Compass Development, the group behind the Harrison, said in a statement. “These extraordinary move-in ready penthouses offer residents everything one could desire in a downtown residence, from breathtaking views to an unrivaled level of service.”
The Harrison offers penthouse owners a slew of amenities including access to Uncle Harry’s, the 49th-floor lounge and speakeasy, swimming pool, fitness center, jacuzzi, Luxury Attache (a concierge service), and access to events. Interested parties can view the model home, Penthouse 46B, a half-floor space that occupies full corners of the buildings westside and has views of the Bay and AT&T Park. The penthouse is furnished with custom art by Alexander Partman, a vintage Triumph motorcycle, custom graffiti trunks, and a limited edition Louis Vuitton helmet.
Prices start at $3 million for a two-bedroom plus den penthouse and up to $8.8 million for a three-bedroom plus den penthouse. Visit the Harrison’s website for more information.
