The evening will include sips from exquisite wines in the St. Regis Bar & Wine Vault from 6-7 p.m. with Jean-Philippe Lemon from Bordeaux’s renowned Chateau d’Yquem. Chateau d’Yquem is the most famous chateau in Sauternes
Its rich history dates back to the middle ages when it was owned by the King of England
It is now owned by the utmost luxury goods company, LVMH
Each wines consistent of only the finest and ripest fruit possible
Today, d’Yquem spends 30 months of aging in 100% new, French oak barrels
Some of the best vintages include the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2015, which will all be served that evening
