Burj Al Arab Dazzles for a Festive Season

As the year draws to a close, Burj Al Arab offers guests a magnificent array of festive food and celebrations. The hotel’s award-winning team of chefs has designed a range of delicious festive dishes including seasonal white Alba truffle, festive turkey accompanied with all the traditional trimmings, freshly shucked Kelly Galway Oysters and foie gras terrine. In addition, the menu will feature a selection of home-made festive treats including traditional fruit cake topped with chocolate and candied fruit, mince pies and a gingerbread house.

To complement the choice of culinary delights, the in-house team of mixologists will premiere The Birth of an Icon cocktail. Blended from nine casks and distilled over the last 15 years, the drink is priced at AED 15,000. Befitting the occasion, Skyview Bar’s menu will also feature Rudolph Cocktail, Christmas Flip, Red Santa and Santa’s Honey.
