Fashionably Conscious Collection Party This Thursday

Miami’s premier fashion fundraiser, Fashionably Conscious, is gearing up for their big September sale by hosting the first of a series of “Collection Parties” where generous hosts and donors can drop off their lightly used designer duds. They are looking for clothing, shoes and accessories to sell to help children receive free child care and community programming at Coconut Grove Cares’ The Barnyard Community Center. Miami’s society gals use this as a great opportunity to clean our their closets for a cause, while shoppers at the big sale buy freely knowing that 100% of the proceeds go to needy, local kids. So, really it’s a win-win, as is the Collection Kickoff hosted by local celebrity stylist Kelly Saks at  Koko & Palenki in Merrick Park where donors will be plied with champagne and sweets.
