Dora Puig has posted another astounding sale for $15 million, after recently selling the Ocean House PH702 for $15 million. The trophy penthouse, which is the second highest condo sale in Miami at $3,592 per Sq feet, has a total of 9,737 Sq feet with four bedrooms and five and a half baths. It is located in the prime South of 5th Street and boasts a rooftop negative edge pool with a landscaped deck designed by Swiss architect Enzo Enea, an outdoor shower, cabana bath and spa by Jandy, a viking stainless steel outdoor kitchen and state-of-the-art bird suppression system.
