Haute 100 Miami Update: Edgardo Defortuna Announces Jade Signature

Edgardo Defortuna has announced the next chapter in Fortune International’s prominent collection of Jade buildings with “Jade Signature” located in Sunny Isles Beach. Defortuna, who is the founder of Fortune International, put together a world-class team for the very latest creation- Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron, Parisian interior designer firm PYR and landscape architecture firm Raymond Jungles.

The property is Herzog & de Meuron’s first residential tower in Florida.  Together with Fortune International, they will bring a new outstanding project to Sunny Isles. “We’ve been waiting for the perfect time, location and talent to launch Jade Signature,” says Defortuna. “It was our mission to deliver something that the market has never experienced before in Miami, and I think this development reflects exactly that.”

Jade Signature will bring to Miami a more advanced and sophisticated approach to living.
