Diet Coke is getting a makeover! Fashion designer Marc Jacobs created a series of “whimsical, feminine” packaging for the soft-drink giant to celebrate its 30th anniversary in Europe. The three different cans represent three eras in fashion and women’s empowerment: the ’80s, ’90s and ’00s.

For the ’80s look, Jacobs channeled Broadway and covered the can with small black bow ties and a model dressed in a tuxedo and top hat. For the ’90s can, he showcased a model crouching in a bright pink and purple dress, stiletto heels and a tall trilby hat surrounded by a flock of swallows. To capture to following era, Jacobs dotted the can with red polka dots and featured a young woman wearing different shades of stripes.

The cans and bottles are slated to arrive in 11 European markets next month.
