Marc Jacobs Is Renting His Mercer Street Condo for $37,500 Per Month

Instead of picking up a designer outfit during this year’s New York Fashion week, why not splurge on a designer’s apartment? Fashion icon Marc Jacobs is renting his 2,500-square-foot Soho condo for $37,500 a month, reports the New York Post.

Located at 40 Mercer Street, the three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom unit boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, custom cabinetry, plenty of closet space and a home office. The building, created by Andrez Blazas and architect Jean Nouvel, also features a garage, pool, spa, gym and sauna.
