It’s no surprise that January is one of THE most popular months for plastic surgery.  Right after the holidays there’s a slow down in social gatherings, everyone’s bundled up and it’s too dreary to be active.  Hence the booming time to re-evaluate your skin, your body and your overall appearance.    Haute Living will be doing a special profile on San Francisco’s best kept secret surgeons but for now we’re going to start with some baby steps at self improvement.  Here’s our picks of what we’re going to hit up at Saks this month during their Beauty Treat du Jour month.
