Zuma, the burgeoning sushi empire that originated in London, will be coming to New York with an unspecified Manhattan location. In addition to the Knightsbridge original chef Rainer Becker’s Zuma currently has outposts in Hong Kong, Istanbul, Dubai, Miami and Bangkok. Paolo Zampolli, who previously helped bring Koi from Los Angeles to NYC, brokered the deal between the restaurant and Alex Sapir and Rotem Rosen.
