After “I’ll Have Another” won the Kentucky Derby on Saturday May 5, the only thing left to do was pop bottles in celebration of the 138th running of the “greatest two minutes in sports.”  And what was the bubbly of choice?  One that is synonymous with winning, none other than Moet & Chandon the official champagne partner of the derby.

Aside form being the championship bottle; Moet & Chandon brought its “Sign for the Roses” philanthropic initiative to the Derby’s red carpet.  A slew of celebrities, including Mary J. Blige-who sung the national anthem-Cyndi Lauper, Erin Andrews, Guy Fieri and Miranda Lambert signed the 6 liter bottle on the red carpet.  Each signature meant that Moet & Chandon donated to the charity benefiting industry needs concentrating on education, health and welfare, local arts and thoroughbred retirement and therapy.
