Goodwood Festival Of Speed To Showcase Several Queen’s Vehicles For Diamond Jubilee Celebration

To commemorate Queen Elizabeth II’s diamond jubilee of becoming monarch of the United Kingdom, the Goodwood Festival of Speed will showcase several historic vehicle’s from her majesty’s collection from June 28 through July 1.

The showcase will include the 1961 Rolls Royce Phantom V state Limousine, 1956 Ford Zaphyr Estate, and also the 1974 Rover P5B.

This year will also mark the 18th edition of the Goodwood Festival of Speed, also known as the Goodwood Style et Luxe Concours. Goodwood worked extensively to acquire the vehicles used by the queen over the years, including those used during state visits in other countries. These foreign cars have been specially sent across to West Sussex for the event, where they will be showcased.
