And you thought that the Food Network’s South Beach Wine & Food Festival were the only things heating up the Magic City tonight. Think again. The Miami International Fashion Week Kick-Off Party will be the hot spot on the mainland tonight, at Gary Nader Fine Art in Wynwood from 7 to 10:00 p.m.
