Ralph Lauren’s 2026 Pink Pony Campaign Celebrates “The Power of Us”
Ralph Lauren Pink Pony 2026 campaign, “The Power of Us,” spotlights cancer survivors; 100% of the cap, Oxford and cable-knit sweater price goes to charity.
Ralph Lauren unveiled its 2026 Pink Pony campaign, “The Power of Us,” on September 29, 2026, along with a black-and-pink collection that went on sale globally the same day. The campaign celebrates community, togetherness and collective action through the stories of cancer survivors, and it puts the vital importance of early detection front and center.
Pink Pony is the company’s worldwide philanthropic initiative, and Ralph Lauren launched the campaign in 2000. Today it supports programs for research, screenings, early diagnosis, treatment, education and patient navigation. Its mission is to help reduce disparities in cancer care and expand access to quality treatment at an earlier, more curable stage.

This year’s faces include Dr. Chanita Hughes-Halbert, Ph.D., Director of the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Prevention and Associate Director for Cancer Health Disparities at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Sam Suriakumar, a musician, consultant and brain cancer patient at The Royal Marsden. The campaign centers on diagnosis, treatment and community support.

The cast also includes Ash Foo, model and ovarian cancer survivor; Cade Thompson, model and hybrid osteosarcoma survivor; Marko Manojlovic, model and Hodgkin lymphoma survivor; and Saffron Vadher, author, model and leukemia survivor. Chad Palumbo, a professional lacrosse player and rhabdomyosarcoma survivor, returns after appearing when Ralph Lauren reimagined Pink Pony in 2024.

The collection runs a signature black-and-pink palette across iconic Ralph Lauren styles. The brand will donate 100 percent of the purchase price of the classic Pink Pony Twill Ball Cap, Pink Pony Oxford Shirt, and Pink Pony Relaxed Fit Cable-Knit Sweater, and at least 25 percent from every other piece, to an international network of cancer charities.
Within the United States, proceeds benefit the Pink Pony Fund of The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation. Everything is available in select Ralph Lauren stores, on RalphLauren.com and in select global wholesale stores. On October 17, the brand will hold its first-ever Global Day of Shopping, donating 5 percent of all purchases to Pink Pony’s mission.
There is a coffee component, too. Ralph’s Coffee locations are pouring a special Pink Pony Latte throughout October, and in the United States, 100 percent of the purchase price benefits the Pink Pony Fund. In select global locations, a percentage of proceeds goes to local Pink Pony beneficiaries.
The money is building real places. In January 2026, as part of The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation’s $25 million commitment to expand or establish five cancer centers across the United States, the Foundation announced the UChicago Medicine Ralph Lauren Center, the fourth Ralph Lauren-named cancer center, serving Chicago’s South Side and Southland communities.
In September 2026, Ralph Lauren announced a partnership with the Korea National Cancer Center Foundation to establish The Ralph Lauren Center for Patient and Family Recovery at the National Cancer Center of Korea in Goyang. Expected to open in 2028, it will be the brand’s first cancer center in Asia, serving patients, families, and caregivers.
Pink Pony is a flagship program of the company’s Timeless by Design 2030 citizenship and sustainability strategy, supporting 38 beneficiaries across 17 countries. Casting survivors, a patient, and a prevention leader side by side is the smartest move here, turning a charity collection into a persuasive case for early screening.
